Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will refund your total amount via Bank transfer or Easy Paisa.

Check your parcel thoroughly when you receive it. Make sure to make a video from your phone when you are opening your parcel. If you find something is missing from your order, please reach out to us and we will follow-up with next steps as soon as possible.
We are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped and the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address, we have shipped your order to, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are nonrefundable. We might still be able to help you out so reach out to us via WhatsApp.
We dispatch your order on same day of purchase but if you want to cancel your order, please reach out to us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel it but we might be able to help you to please reach out to us. If your order was placed at weekend, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead if informed within 24 hours of placing your order.
It normally takes 24-48 hours for your order to be delivered at your doorstep. For areas in Sindh it might take 3-4 business days.
