Returns & Exchanges Policy

All products purchased from Manzer Black can be exchange within 7 days of purchase only if

The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective.
The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product.
The item(s) is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by writing to WhatsApp (03302121311), in case you want to raise a dispute.

At Manzer Black we check every product before shipping it to our customers.
We recommend our customers to make a video while opening the package so that evidence is available while making a claim.
If a product is defected/faulty/damaged you will be required to send us photographic or video evidence at our WhatsApp or other social media.

If your exchange is accepted, you can return it to us at no extra cost and your new product will be shipped to you on same day at no extra cost.

In case of return, if accepted we will refund your total order amount on same day by Bank Transfer or Easy Paisa.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.

Pens was not in good condition I can't write on it .

The quality of the pen were normal. The golden pen was out of the box when dilevered and was full of rust. The pen doesn't work well on the page of the book. The quality of paper is not bad. But the problem were with the pen.
